We will only accept boot return it the soles are unscratched and in as-new condition. We recommend trying on boots in a carpeted area to prevent scratching.

RANCHO SEMENTAL will gladly pay the shipping costs to send you a replacement item. To exchange your item, a $15 fee will be charged to send you a UPS return label and shipping charges for the new item will be waived.

FOR RETURN ONLY:

Merchandise can only be returned within 15 days of delivery to your home.

The merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition in which it was sent.

The refund will be credited within 2 to 3 weeks after we receive the product and will be credited to the credit or debit card used.
